About Talbra Boston Terriers
Talbra Boston Terriers is a registered ANKC/Dogs Australia breeder committed to producing quality, health tested Show Champion Boston Terriers. We do not breed for a commercial market, only to continue with our show stock. Our breeding program is the result of years of planning and incorporates imported bloodlines from the USA and including the valuable use of frozen semen to ensure the highest quality of our puppies. We are forever grateful to Ken Roux from Illinois USA for his mentorship, his friendship and his support in allowing us access to his precious breeding. Without this, none of what we are doing now would be possible.
All show and breeding stock are health tested and raised in the home. We provide a nurturing environment and socialization to ensure that our puppies are well-adjusted and ready for their new homes. Our picturesque 50 acre property means there is plenty of room to run and things to smell just as a fun loving dog should.
We are dedicated to producing a beautiful Boston that will also be wonderful companion and family member.
Occasional puppies available for approved pet homes.
Our stud dogs are available to approved health tested bitches for private treaty.

Our Breeding Philosophy
At Talbra Boston Terriers, we believe in responsible breeding practices that prioritize the health and well-being of our dogs. Our breeding program is carefully selected based on true breed type and conformation according to the breed standard accompanied with clear health testing. Keeping only the best to show and continue into the breeding program . We do not condone breeding "fashionable colors" that are not accepted in our breed standard. We spend many hours reading & researching pedigrees to ensure each litter is bred with thought and a pinch of luck from Mother nature. All mating's are done with a purpose in mind and with a vision and a hope that each litter is better than the last.
Our History
Talbra Boston Terriers was established in 1996, after our first purchase of a Beautiful Boston Terrier from Denis & Nola Glackin In Sydney, NSW. Previously I had bred and shown Staffordshire Bull Terriers, the switch to Boston's was for my daughters benefit for her to have a suitable dog to show in Junior Handler Showmanship.
Once that Boston entered our home, we knew we could never be without one.
